2004 Toyota Alphard need help problems

| Problems: | I parked the vehicle and went into a spare shop. upon coming back check whether the air filler is the right size. then when i tried to start the car the it did not start. key on all light on dashboard appeared and went off as usual. then i noticed the red light blinking i understand its the ECU indicator just plugged above the rear mirror. Checked all fuses and relays they are ok. direct starter battery connection engine just crank continuously. Previously, engine light appeared on the dashboard but when i stopped it disappeared and then I realised that it comes on when am driving at 90 or pass 90km/h. | |
