My toyota corolla engine 2004 engine don't wanna start problems

| Problems: | The check oil light came on while driving. Checked the oil and water was just ok. I drove several Kilometers when the check engine light came on as well then the car cuts off. When I opened the bonnet smelt like something burning. The car didn't want to start again. What could be the extent of the damage? | |
