| General comments: | Have had several offers on my vehicle because of the GREAT FANTASTIC gas mileage but I wanted to keep it if I can find out what the prob is and how much the cost runs. And if the part can be found HELP ME!!! | |
| Problems: | I love my baby and never had many problems before now. It is like a hiccup. The gas bounces and jerks and sounds like it is going to cut off (especially if stopping and starting again, like at a light.) The worse is first and second gear but stating in all 4 gears now. It is a 5 speed. Great on gas thats why I want it fixed. Was told it was carburator, it was taken apart and inspected but that did nothing. Said it was not carburator. Replaced belts, all sorts of crap and still its getting worse. What can this be. Cant find parts for this year anymore either. 1989 Toyota Corolla Deluxe small wagon | |
