| Problem#02 I had a CORONA PREMIO and faced the same problem, extra sound from engine at the time of first start..... It happens when you leave the car for several number of hours and then try to start..... I changed my engine oil, filters, plugs but that didn't work.... At last I did some major works by opening the Engine Head (like tappet adjustment, valve adjustment etc.) But the problem was still there.... At last after totally damaging the engine I found that the problem was in the engine oil pump (known as mobil pump).... That was weak and was not able to create enough pressure instantly... And time after time the engine bearing started to damage and the result was a totally damaged engine... So I suggest you to open your car's engine and take necessary steps..... |
