2003 Toyota Grand Hiace dash not lighting up, no current showing in car besides when you switch on flood lights problems

| Problems: | My battery ran flat after lights were left on. We tried to jumpstart the car with no luck. I have had the battery fully recharged but the is no current showing in the car besides when switch on the head lights and hazard lights. | |
