Help for harrier 3.0 1mz-fe misfire 1999 problems

| Problems: | My toyota harrier 3.0 engine is 1MZ-FE. It misfires even when I replaced the ignition coils and bought new plugs (NGK laser Iridium). My mechanic even replaced the fuel pump and as well as cleaning the MAF, air tubes and the fuel nozzles. But the misfire problem remained. To make it worse, when I am driving and try to increase accelation, the car power is cut off to maintain slow speed. Please, help me. I and the mechanic are confused now. | |

| I have a 2000 Harrier and I have a similar problem. Lots of checks to be done, if one cylinder is not firing. I have managed to pinpoint No:6 cylinder not working. Spark is there, so I am suspecting fuel nozzle which I am planning to clean today. Good luck. |

| Have you try replacing the Throttle Postioning Sensor? I have a same problem with my Camry 1MZ-FE. After replacing the TPS, car runs like a rocket, no misfire. |

| I have a 1999 Harrier and same problem. I Changed Engine oil with fully symetic 100% and changed spark plugs. |

| I am totally confused as to what could be the problem.i have a similar car with 1MZ enginee. We changed the plugs, coils, tried replacing the senses but problem is not going away.We changed the nozzels, but still the same.What else else should we check. We even checked the computer and it is ok.The fault can not show when we use computer connection to check. |

| I have exactly the same issue over one year. I checked and replaced all spark plugs, ignition coils, injectors, engine oil, fuel pump, fuel filter, MAF sensor, air filter, catalizator sensors, timing belt and adjusted. Issue still on it. If someone find cause pls advise |

| Please do diagnosis and that will pin point why the care is misfiring. I have a bit of experience on this engine. The two oxygen sensors , the lambda sensor under passenger side are notorious for misfiring. Air leaks can also cause misfiring. Diagnosis is what can identify exactly what the problem is. I love the vehicle, I had it for 4 yrs and I have bought one again. |

| I have a problem with harrier 1MZ-FE it’s firing only 3,5and6 while 1,2 and 4 they not so I changed the coils it was the same no change what could be the problem help |

White smoke coming out from exhaust pipe, misfiring and a Engine has no power whiteying to drive uphill. Also engine idle is rough. Please can someone help me. Thanks, |
