2005 Toyota ist the engine check light not coming on and the car not crancking problems

| Problems: | The engine check light is not coming on when the key is at on position.when I try to crank the engine,it's taking about 5-8 seconds for the stator motor to turn the engine,but still the fuel pump not running. times it cranks but no fuel pump running.at times the engine is not even cranking at all.checked the pump,with separate voltage,works fine,it's a new pump infact.av tried to run the starter motor Right on the starter relay with the key at on Position.the engine cranks but still no running fuel pump.checked fuses and relays and all looks fine. Please help | |
