| Problems: | Hi, I have brought a new 2021 VX Prado. When picked this up the apple car play doesn’t work to well, for instance when I get a call it sounds like they are whispering and cannot adjust the volume. Toyota has told me this is a fault and released an update, but it does not work on some models (mine included). As I am a Business development manager I’m in the car and on my phone all day. I can hardly hear what the other person is saying. Cant even have the aircon on while on the phone Every time I call toyato they say we are still waiting…. I have paid 85k for a new car and the phone connective doesn’t work with the Apple iPhone only. Can you help? | |
