1994 Toyota Lite Ace no cab heat in truck problems

Problems:Replaced thermostat in truck no heat. Engine heat goes up fine but no heat.Do these trucks produce good heat normally. I assumed they would like the vans. 2L Diesel no turbo. Any suggestion?? Thanks

When you say no heat do you mean in the cabin or
by the gauge? If on yes it produces good heat in the cabin. On my gauge the indicator gets stuck sometimes but I knock it abit and it jumps to show the current temperature.
