1997 Toyota Noah worn out turbo charger problems

| Problems: | I have a Toyota Toan Ace -Noah Model CR40 a 3C engine . i have been experiencing a problem with it where it started smoking despite a clean service record and then all over a sudden we noticed oil flowing through the turbo charger. This led the car to stall and since then the local mechanics have tried to resolve the issue but we have been fruitless. We have installed a new timing belt but still the car won't start. The mechanics overhauled the engine and they have discovered the piston rings are worn out and the seals need replacement. What guarantee is there that this car will move again with the said engine considering the issue? do i need to change the turbo charger? What would you advise | |
