1998 Toyota Prius car will not charge problems

| Problems: | ok my car keeps showing these warning lights, the red triangle with exclamation mark, and the car with an exclamation mark running through the middle. It also shows the 288volt battery pic, then i try to charge and goes to fault. Now the car has been sitting for one week unable to take it in to service, what can i do? |
