1994 Toyota Sprinter hesitates when hot and idles poorly. can cut out problems

| Problems: | After running well for 30 mins or so it idles roughly and can stall at lights. Even when running it can seem to be "cutting out" then picks up. I've been told it could be EFI problems and also been told it could be a temperature sensor issue with a faulty "cold sensor" trying to pump too much fuel into the engine. |
