1989 Toyota Supra transmisstion changes at 21, 42, 62 how can this be fixed problems

| Problems: | the person I bought this car from lied to me said it was a new motor but it smokes when you first crank it up and the power steering pump is making noise. it shifts out of 1st at 21 and then shift at 42 and then 62 it should not do that but how to I fix that? | |
