2005 Toyota Voxy how to change motor oil and gear oil problems

| Problems: | I need to change the motor oil and gear oils...clean the tanks up because its been a while and if i accelerate after breaking...its takes about 3 seconds in order for the engine to react or to feel car move according to how far i have stepped down onto the accelerating foot pad....so can somebody tell me exactly by step how to change these oils please...by change i mean empty the old oils and clean the tanks then refill, would appreciate all the inputs or help i can get thanks in advance | |
