2011 Kia Mohave car moving on its own when brake pedal pressed and in parked mode problems in UAE

| General comments: | i only had the car for six months. i am bit afraid to drive the car now. request for advise. | |
| Problems: | 1. i had stopped waiting in a long line of cars trying to pass the border patrol. even though the brake pedal is pressed firmly the car started moving forward. i pressed on the brake harder to stop it and it didn't. in desperateness i put the car in parking mode yet the car moved all on it's own forward until it hit the car in front standing then it stopped. 2. i noticed it when i was trying to back the car from a higher parking ground the car parts below make rumbling sound. i feel the metal parts moving in my feet on gas pedal. |
