1998 Ford Windstar engine problems in United States

| Problems: | The oil pressure light came on. Now, when I first start the engine, it is fine but after it warms up the oil light comes on again and the engine sounds funny. Someone suggested that sludge has covered the screen on the oil pump and to pour kerosene into the engine, run it for a few minutes then change oil anf filter. Is this likely to help? | |
