Look for the Vehicle Speed Sensor(VSS)of your Honda '95. It was located just above and attached to the transmission. Try to check if the wires are connected from the main line to the speed sensor. If not, have it connected by an auto-electrician. Try to check if electrical wires are worn-out. Replaced it once discovered. If the wires are okay then, vehicle speed sensor needs to be replaced with a new one, so that all of your gauges will function well and your D4 Light will stop blinking. |
