1992 Isuzu Wizard won't start problems in United States

| Problems: | vehicle won't start. I have replaced the starter relay fuse in engine compartment and pulled the starter and had ot tested. vehicle will run by compression starting. also conected a starter silenoid close circuit switch which bypassed the ingnition and neutral safety switch, because vehicle starts with key in on position, clutch in or out? Any Ideas? |
