2005 Mitsubishi Lancer hard time starting when it's sitting in the hot sun problems in United States

| General comments: | Ran a diagnosis when I bought the car (check engine light was on) and it said insignificant EGR flow. | |
| Problems: | At times it takes me up to 15 minutes straight of turning the key just the right way before the car will start. This only happens when I leave the car sitting in the heat. The battery is good, I replaced the starter but still the same problem. My next guess would be the ignition switch, any suggestions? |
