| General comments: | Isuzu Bighorn 2002 model is a stable and confortable car, save for the problems of starting and jerking. | |
| Problems: | I bought an Isuzu Bighorm March 2002 automatic model (engine 4jx) last year in August 2011. Lately it has been giving problems of starting in the morning, and also jerking for a long time once its on. I have tried to have it serviced every 3,000 km but this seems not work; I have also had the fuel tank cleaned twice and all this seems to do little to stop the problems allued to. Since it did not come with a manual, we are not sure where the problem really is. When taken to Isuzu workshop here in Zambia and put on the machines, they do see any problem. Some mechanics are telling me that it need new sensors, though they are not sure of the problem- if it true, which sensors? |

| I have bought Isuzu bighorn in year 2008 when the mileage was 115000 km. I have been using my car very well until last year when I noticed that diesel is filling up in radiator. My mechanic changed the cylinder head gasket but the problem continued. The problem is too big now that diesel is even leaking through radiator while driving. I have taken the car to my mechanic but he has failed to identify and rectify the problem. I am looking for an expert in Isuzu who can identify the problem and rectify it or advise what to do.
