My toyota vista can't stop from initial parking after running 2000 problems in Zambia

| Problems: | I have a toyota vista D4 engine. First it had a problem of switching off engine in low speed and emitting black smoke. These problems were fixed and it performed very well. I parked it after driving it for about 30 minutes,but then it couldn't restart into idling not until you press an acceleration peddle. The temperature is rising up to slightly above half mark.What could be the problem? | |
