| hi boss,we are in the same situation,i diagnosed mine and its showing fault code P0093 which means there is diesel leak,i checked for diesel leakage and found that there is a very very small leak.I am not sure if its going to change after replacing the return pipe.It has hard crank and can start after a while or with quick start |

| 1. Check the heater plugs. Replace if necessary. 2. Check EGR valve and MAF sensor (clean them if dirty) And inlet manifold for blockage. 3. Make sure the cranking speed is adequate. These engines are sensitive to cranking speed. |

| it is having a worn-out gasket try to check if its not mixing water and oil it will be showing milkish signs water is penetrating into the piston on top |
