| General comments: | The Neon has a powerfull engine and is a very comfortable vehicle, however, I have experienced lots of breakdowns. I have followed specified maintenance schedule at authorized service shops in Venezuela and I have never exposed my vehicle to agressive driving conditions. The vehicle has run 120.000 Kms. |
| What things have gone wrong with the car: | Fuel pump damaged, cam and crank shaft position sensors had to be replaced, cam shaft position sensor wiring failure, ignition coil damaged, oil leak in crank shaft end seal, all shock absorvers were damaged in one year, transmission's shock absorver damaged, rear door lock stuck, break pads damaged, damaged painting and apparance, power steering completely replaced, among others. |
