General comments: | I bought every option, so it was around $56,000. I would highly recommend it. However, the new S-Class looks really good, too. If you want speed, the E55 is the fastest thing out there. If you like a stiffer ride and want to feel the rode, stick with the BMW 5 or 7 series. I normally buy a new car every two years. I've had my E320 for 31 months. Still feels new. Tight and quiet. Excellent ride. Very quiet. Excellent gas mileage for the size and level of luxury. I highly recommend it. Resale value seems to be holding up very well. Dash board is clean. All buttons work as expected and have a sold feel to them. |
What things have gone wrong with the car: | Routine maintenance is about double the Acura or Linconln. The headlamp washer sprays over the hood and doesn't do much as far as cleaning goes. |
Previous car: | Acura RL 3.5, Lincoln Continental, BMW 5 Series. Acura and Lincoln are too soft and little on the cheap side for finishes, buttons, etc. I don't like the looks of the 5 series. E320 had a better ride. |
