Keeps Stopping in Traffic! 2002

| General comments: | The car is generally good, however, this problem just happened end of last year 2012. I've had my car since November 2010. | |
| What things have gone wrong with the car: | Everytime I slow down to come to a stop, the engine in my car always turns off, so I have to put the car back into Park and then re-start the engine, this happens everytime I suddenly break, or everytime I slow down, the whole engine just shut downs!! Can anyone please help asap. thanks | |
