| General comments: | I thought I'd give a try on the Accel Super Coil...installation was not too hard once into it just had to take off the stock coil and clip the toyota factory plug and splice extenstion wires (light pink + and black -) to the leads of the Super Coil coming from the ignitor. After installing I started and notice a big difference that it was running a lot smoother and more quiet than before. Also, I notice a better throttle response in the high end starting towards the end of third gear and on. At idle the read out from the coil is from 2.55v - 3.98v. So far it seems like a great investment. |
