Toyota Supra Battery keeps draining 1987

| What things have gone wrong with the car: | I haven't started it in 2 years. I changed the oil,new battery,checked/cleaned the distributor cap and checked spark plugs, pumped out old fuel. I am in the process of changing out the fuel filter but the battery is dead now and i have no idea why. I put it in and connected everything about 2 months ago and now it is dead. Not sure if something is draining it or a more serious problem. Any thoughts? Also i can get the fuel filter off the fuel line, i got the supply side off but not the other side. Bolt is too tight. any suggestions? | |

| Had same problem with my 85. new battery and trip to electric car trblshooting shop found ground was wired incorrectly to alternator. Rebuilt alternator and car is fine now. Except darn alarm goes off when you unlock door. May have to disconnect before neighbors kill me! Have ur alternator checked. James |
